Extract brand identity from any public website
Rebuilding a site or matching a competitor aesthetic? Our URL importer reads computed styles from the live page — CSS variables, font-family stacks, and dominant colors — then maps them to a nine-token semantic palette agents understand.
Also available as the Chrome extension for one-click extraction from any open tab, or anchor import on the home generator.
What the URL importer extracts
Turn any reference site into an editable starting point — not a screenshot.
- Semantic color tokens: primary, accent, background, foreground, muted, border
- Headline and body font families from computed styles
- Hostname and source URL saved with your kit
- Open in generator or playground for logo, OG, and exports
- Export DESIGN.md, tokens.json, and agent rules when ready
Import a brand from URL in three steps
Paste, preview, then refine and export.
- Paste a public HTTPS URL (landing page, marketing site, or competitor)
- Review extracted colors and fonts in the preview breakdown
- Open in generator to add logo, vibe, and export DESIGN.md
When to extract brand kits from URLs
Rebrand an existing Webflow or Framer site without manually copying hex codes. Analyze competitor palettes before a redesign. Pull tokens from a client site into Cursor-ready DESIGN.md for a fast agency handoff.
FAQ
- Does this work on any website?
- Most public marketing sites work. Pages behind login, heavy SPAs with no computed styles, or blocked bots may fail — try the Chrome extension on an open tab instead.
- Is extracted data stored on your servers?
- The importer runs server-side for extraction only. Saved kits require a free account in your dashboard.
- Can I analyze a competitor's brand?
- Yes. Paste any public competitor URL to study their colors and fonts, then customize in the playground. See also competitor brand analyzer.
